1.What are important identifying marks on your purchased parts?
Coricher: Considering the cost, there are no marks on purchased parts (piston rod, seal and silicon oil), but we can track all the parts we have purchased. -1). All the purchased parts we strictly keep to the FIFO principle.
-2). Purchased parts’ packing have their own batch number. All the order production will note parts used from a purchase batch No.
2.How do your secure deliveries from your suppliers?
Coricher:
-1). Firstly, before supply, we audit these suppliers, including capacity. -2). Secondly, standard parts have a safe stock & cycle stock -3). In case of accidents, we have second-tier suppliers to guarantee production supply.
3.What kind of incoming inspection do you do?
Coricher: Sampling inspection.
4.Do you develop products based on customer needs or do you only manufacture your own products?
Coricher: We have standard products and also provide customized products to meet varying needs.
5.Do you have patents on your products?
Coricher: Yes, we have applied patents in China and many foreign countries.

1.Is it possible to trace the different production steps?
Coricher: Steps can be tracked by our production task sheet.

3.What production capacities do you have?
Coricher: 4,000,000 pieces per month for sliding and lid dampers.
4.What kind of test equipment you have?
Coricher: Fatigue test machine, inspection machine.
5.How do you calibrate your test equipment?
Coricher: 1). All machines, including test machines, undergo daily maintenance, and are calibrated by ourselves. 2). Our machine supplier does depth maintenance and calibrate them every 3 months
Storage,dispatching and release of products
1.Do you have sufficient storage capacity?
Coricher: Yes, though many of our dampers are customized for individual customers’ requirements.
2.Are you willing to keep security stock for customers?
Coricher: Yes, we can supply this service by security stock agreement.
3.How do you pack your products?
Coricher: 1). Super hardness carton wrapped in plastic film + wooden pallet
2). As er customers’ requirements.
4.What kind of checking you do?
Coricher: 100% force & stroke by inspection machines and appearance checking.
5.Do you do these checks randomly on serial products?
Coricher: We check each damper we produced before delivery.
